The shade Mar presents itself as a rich, maritime blue with a velvety matt glaze. The finely chamfered metro edge frames each tile stylishly and creates a subtle play of light and shadow. Whether as a kitchen backsplash, on the shower wall or in the hallway – this produces clean lines and a bistro-like elegance in your rooms.
The Metrofliese of the Freetown series is made of glazed earthenware and is specifically designed for interior walls. Thanks to the continuous glaze, the matte surface is easy to care for, water-repellent and resistant to splashes – ideal for the area behind the stove, at the washbasin or in the shower. In the practical format of 20x20 cm and with a thickness of 6,8 mm, it can be laid comfortably and cleaned with ease.
Our tip for styling: Light grout makes the blue surface appear generous and fresh, while dark grout accentuates the typical edge grid. Lay the tiles entirely according to your personal taste, either straight or in a staggered bond. The deep blue tone pairs excellently with white, warm wood, refined brass or modern concrete-look finishes.
