Payment and Shipping

The following conditions apply:

Shipping conditions

- All Mosafil items are shipped via Germany.
- Delivery is only domestic. (England/Great Britain/Ireland)
- Shipping to islands is excluded.
- The shipping costs (incl. VAT) are displayed for all items in the shopping cart.
- An invoice will be issued for each package shipped; this varies depending on the item.

- All applicable taxes and duties must be paid by you upon receipt of the goods.

Please note:
Goods that are delivered by a forwarding agent are delivered "free to the curb", i.e. to the public curb closest to the delivery address!

Delivery times

Since our articles have different delivery times, you can find them on our product page. This is constantly updated.

(if advance payment has been agreed, after the date of your payment order). Please note that there is no delivery on Sundays and public holidays. If you have ordered items with different delivery times, we will send the goods in one shipment, unless we have made other agreements with you. In this case, the delivery time depends on the item with the longest delivery time that you have ordered.

- Payment in advance by bank transfer

- Payment by credit card

- Payment via Paypal

More payment details
When paying by credit card, your credit card account will be debited upon conclusion of the contract. For more information on the right of cancellation, please refer to the cancellation policy in your financing contract. If you have any questions, you will find our contact details in the imprint.
